How Returns and Refunds Work
First submit your return request using the form below. We will review your request and if refund is approved, you will receive a printable shipping label via email. We ask that you use the same shipping box for the return. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few business of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We ask that products being returned are unused and in the same condition you received them in.
